Interview Terms
These terms apply when you use the private interview room at askevel.evelyss.com. By signing in, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the outlet you represent. They sit alongside our Terms of Use.
What the House owns
The House of EVELYSS owns all video, audio, images, voice and likeness of Ms. Evelyss created in the interview, her answers, and the produced interview reel. Signing in does not give you any ownership of her or her content.
What you may publish
- You may publish the transcript of your interview and quote her answers, in print, online, on air and in podcasts.
- Please attribute quotes to “Ms. Evelyss, EVELYSS™”.
- You may use the video reel the House provides to you, with the credit “EVELYSS™ / evelyss.com”, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Please make clear to your audience that Ms. Evelyss is AI-generated.
What the House may publish
The House may publish the full transcript and video of the interview, including your questions and the name of your outlet, on evelyss.com and her channels. We keep transcripts of every session.
Fair editing
You may cut for length and clarity. You may not edit, splice or re-order her answers in a way that misrepresents what she said, put her words next to a different question, or use AI or editing tools to make her appear to say anything she did not say.
Keep your login private
Your sign-in details and session code are for you only. Do not share them or the room’s address. Tell us at hello@evelyss.com straight away if you think someone else has them.
Sessions
The House can pause or end any session at any time, including if questions break our acceptable use rules. Ms. Evelyss is AI and her answers may contain mistakes; please fact-check anything you report as fact.
