All content on evelyss.com and on Ms. Evelyss’s channels, including her images, videos, voice recordings, magazine issues, style guides, text, graphics and design, is protected by copyright and owned by or licensed to the House of EVELYSS. Use is allowed only as set out in our Terms of Use or on our Press page.

Trademarks

EVELYSS™, Ms. Evelyss and the EVELYSS wordmark are trademarks of the House of EVELYSS. Please do not use them in a way that suggests a connection with, or endorsement by, the House. Other brand names on the Site belong to their owners and are used only to identify their products.

Her likeness and voice

The Ms. Evelyss character, likeness and voice may not be copied, cloned, used to train AI models or used in deepfakes or other content that suggests she said or endorsed something she did not.

Report copyright infringement (DMCA)

If you believe content on evelyss.com infringes your copyright, email hello@evelyss.com with the subject “Copyright notice” and include:

• your name, address, phone number and email;
• a description of the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
• the exact address (URL) of the content on our Site;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them;
• your physical or electronic signature.

We will review and, where appropriate, remove or disable the content and tell the person who posted it. If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. We may end access for repeat infringers. Knowingly false notices may create legal liability.
